Since 2006 i make a yearly, two week vacation, to California. I always rent a Harley from Eagle Rider. In two week time we drive in between 3500 to 6000 km. The next trip is due on the 14th of june.

Up until nog i have started from:
2006 Los Angeles
2007 Los Angeles
2008 San Francisco
2009 Las Vegas
2010 Phoenix
2011 San Francisco...

Just stopping by to say hello. I ride a 2006 GL1800. Sold my 2003 V-Strom DL1000 this summer 'cause I ordered a 2012 Super Tenere. Looks like a bit of a wait for the S10

but that's ok.

Greetings,

This is my first time posting here I usually just read information in the forums. I have a 2004 Busa and I wanted to know if anyone knows how to adjust the gear shifter? I had it in the shop to put on a new chain and they set the shifter to low. The shop will do it but it a bit of a distance away and I don't have to time to take it back just for them to adjust it.

They explained how to do it but want to be sure I'm doing it right.

Hello Community,

I am new to the cycling world.. Spent a lot of time doing 100 mile bicycle rides but now am motorized and loving it. I have retired from a 35 yr law enforcement career and am now out seeing America by road. I bought a 2005 Harley Sportster 1200 XL custom and am having fun ridiing it. I have my first wet (rain) ride today but the experience was good anyway.

Thanks for letting me take space here and I look forward to learing a lot from wisdom posted on this site. Tips to help break in this rookie are appreciated.
