Close...am I going to have to assasinate you? Maybe I could send you the recipe and you can shoot yourself after reading it.

Think Tequilla and a few other this's and that's. You add a smidge of something and a dash of the other things as well. Hope that clears it all up.

Hi Brad - not an uncommon question. Okay, here's the skinny, paypal is really a convienent thing for some people.

So if any of you want to paypal the $10 for the lunch on Saturday ( or $10 camp to Tim ), you can paypal that to mail@pashnit.com is my pp address.

Just make sure to denote on the transaction what it is for.

Hey,

I will be arriving on Friday and camping overnight. I will be solo as my wife and munchkin will be hanging out with one of the grandmas.

I am planning on a car shuttle Friday morning to drop off beer, soda, snacks, or whatever else may be needed. Then drive home and come back up on the scooter.

Also, I was thinking about maybe picking up a bottle or two of tequila. Hornitos, anyone?

See ya,

Gary

BBQ answers fer the Brit....

Tri Tip is typically marinated for 12-24 hours in a simple Italian dressing, (yes the same stuff you put on your salad) pic a brand and place it all in a pan overnight and you got the makings of a great tenderizer and flavoring.

Thro that hunk o' meat on a flaming grill and sear both sides real good and then turn down the flame and let it cook slow for the rest of the time. Its gonna puff up like rooster ready fer a fight and and when it starts oozing its contents from every pore its medium rare in the center and ready for serving .... and what a delectable delight it is. But typically No sauce is required!... it ruins the natural flavor of this great piece of meat.

Cut it across the grain and serve it up like london broil.... hey look it does relate to brits!!!!

Enjoy!
