Brembo Monobloc Front Calipers and Brake Pads - Upgrading your calipers is the most effective way to increase braking power. Brembo Racing Calipers are the highest performing motorcycle brake caliper available for sale. All Brembo racing calipers feature billet machining and monobloc (single block of aluminum) design and have various piston sizes / configurations / designs. When choosing the proper front caliper, make sure you know the mount system for your bike (ie. radial vs. conventional) and be aware that you may need spacers to get the brake caliper to match your brake rotor size.
We feel the Brembo master cylinder is the best value in braking performance upgrades for the amount spent. It improves rider control through better brake feedback, and improves safety by presenting the most consistent brake lever in race applications. The net result is that it is cheaper for the racer to use a quality brembo radial brake master cylinder than work around the compromises imposed by the Japanese OEM brake master cylinders.
Brembo Monobloc Brake Calipers are CNC-machined from a single block of solid aluminum (unlike a cast or forged caliper), virtually eliminating the chance of air bubbles or other manufacturing defects. Monobloc production also yields virtually no expansion or flex meaning all the braking power is directed to the rotors.
Brembo is the largest brake manufacturer in the world, and spends more on R&D than the gross sales of other aftermarket brake manufactures. These Brembo radial brake master cylinders are purpose made for racing, the brakes are tested and developed by the best and fastest motorcycle racers in the world.
Special Brembo Radial calipers designed for Endurance races, such as the Daytona 200 and the European series. The caliper features special titanium pistons, to which the brake pads are attached via heat radiators. These radiators keep heat out of the calipers, as well as function to retain the brake pad in the caliper during wheel changes.
We suggest using these calipers with the 305mm brake rotors, as they are designed to work with this caliper.
Brembo Racing's entry level race caliper. This real race caliper will offer a significant improvement in brake feel and performance for Track Day, Expert club lever and racers staring their AMA pro racing career. These calipers have a free floating brake pad design and do not have dust seals, allowing for superior brake pad retraction and no brake drag.
Brembo's top of the line race caliper. Features 4 vented, coated titanium pistons, titanium brake pad pins and pad retraction springs for less drag. The 4 pad design is stiffer and more powerful than other calipers. We suggest considering 290mm and 305mm discs when outfitting your race bike.

Brembo has developed a new caliper with radial attachments that is interchangeable on the standard radial forks of maxisport class Japanese machines (HONDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI, KAWASAKI). With a caliper body machined from solid metal, special attention was paid to achieving high braking power and stiffness, utilizing technology derived directly from race engineering.
The product, which is supplied in kit form, is equipped with sintered brake pads - at the cutting edge of today's manufacturing technology; the kit also contains an instruction handbook, a set of Brembo decals, and a series of practical temperature stickers as used in race conditions to monitor the working temperature of the calipers. The stickers clearly identify the thoroughbred race pedigree of the brakes.
For race or track only use please consider the Race calipers. They are about 1/4 lb lighter per caliper, and have less pad drag.
