This lighting system dramatically improves light output over the stock lights.
Specially
sourced headlight modules imported from Germany help produce tremendous
results in lighting. You will not believe the light output from these
lights. You may not even need auxiliary lights with this upgrade. The
sharp beam patterns keep extraneous light from blinding oncoming
drivers. In fact, the offensive light from this system is far less than
a brand new original set of lights.
By
using a combination of original BMW parts and custom CNC machined
parts, a true “plug and play” system is a reality. No cutting or
splicing of any wires is needed. Just a few basic hand tools are needed
for installation. Our technicians can perform the upgrade in less than
an hour. A first time user might take 2 hours.
Military grade wiring and connectors insure that more of the available power from your electrical system gets to your lights.
Two
high power relays are used to distribute power to the “low” and “high”
beam modules. A third relay is used to provide power to an auxiliary
power plug that is useful for auxiliary lights, communication equipment
or even heated clothing.
Precision “Hella” light modules are used in both “high” and “low” beam applications.
These light modules are used in 200mph Lemans race cars. Their
precision optics are something to be seen. With the correct
adjustments, these allow a nearly a “daylight”
driving experience.
Our
HID version light utilizes a purpose built HID module. Unlike
aftermarket “HID” kits, our reflectors were designed by the Hella
factory using millions of dollars of R+D capability. You cannot not
even come close to the performance of this system by putting an HID
“bulb” in your stock halogen assembly. Installation of an HID “bulb” in
a non HID designed housing is not only a silly choice, it is illegal.

machined connector pins are made from gold plated copper to match the
BMW’s unique connector diameters. NO Scotch-locks or wire taps are
needed.
All parts of our included harness are soldered and sealed with adhesive filled heat shrink tubing. These are built to last. Abrasion resistant tubing is used to protect wires run to the battery.
Custom
modified OEM BMW parts are utilized for a precision “factory” look
installation. Once completed, this upgrade looks like it came from the
factory.
CNC mounting brackets are used to facilitate original headlight adjustment locations.
This
kit is a logical “upgrade” for worn and faded original light modules.
And, this is the only smart solution for replacement of a broken
original headlight. The cost of this entire light replacement kit is
very close to the replacement cost of the original “low” and “high”
