Pocket Tire Plugger Kit
This revolutionary new device easily installs mushroom shaped rubber plugs into all tubeless tires while staying on the wheel. The Plugging device 'drives' the plug into the hole with a turning of the hex wrench. The plug expands under pressure to fill the punctured area. A firm pull on the stem with your pliers seats the mushroom head on the inner wall allowing no air to escape. This technology insures maximum reliability while reducing your downtime in any situation.

Expect more than just a random repair? Work in a shop? A farm? Work on your own motorsports vehicles? Works with Auto, Truck, Motorcycle, Trailer, ATV, Golf Car, Turf Vehicle, Gem Car, Small Tractor or Lawn Mower? Regularily tow a trailer with your boat or motorcycle? Keep this with your tool kit in your tow vehicle.
The Plugger Gun is a spring loaded device that 'drives' the plug into the hole. The shaft of the plug expands under pressure to fill the puncture. The mushroom head of the plug seats on the inner wall allowing no air to escape. This insures maximum reliability from its revolutionary design. The vinyl zippered pouch measures 6 1/2" x 9" x 1" and weighs 1 lb. 14 oz. It's easily stored - so you're always prepared.
Each of these four threaded steel canisters contains 16 grams of 100% pure high velocity CO2 gas. In just a few seconds 8-9 lbs. of inflation is discharged into your tire. The re-usable valve adapter has solid brass fittings. ATV's and rider mowers will generally use just one canister to fully inflate the tire. On a full dress touring motorcycle tire, it will generally take all four canisters to reach 24 - 32 lbs. of pressure depending on the size of the tire. This kit is for use on motorcycles, ATV's, Golf Cars, Lawnmowers, and small utility tires.
CAUTION! When the welded seal on the canister is punctured, the canister's temperature immediately drops to -64 degrees F. Each canister is covered with a protective foam tape. Caution should still be taken not to let your skin come in contact with the metal. To AVOID FROST BURNS, always wear gloves.
Motorcycle & ATV Tire Repair Kit - tube or tubeless
This assortment of patches and plugs provides you with the tools & materials needed to repair and re-inflate your tire on the spot. Once again, dismounting tools are necessary to repair or replace your tube. But the enclosed Rasp and Split-Eye Tool allows you to plug your tubeless tire on the wheel. No bending or twisting is necessary. You simply push the plug straight into the puncture and pull the tool straight out. A twist of the Rasp tool inserted in the needle eye releases the plug.
A valve cap/core remover and replacement core is included to insure that the re-inflation process goes well. Even a towel with waterless hand cleaner is included in this vinyl zippered pouch measuring 5" x 7 1/2" x 1" and weighing only 1 lb. This kit also features (4) CO2 canisters and adapter as shown in the Automatic Tire Inflation Kit.

Don't let a punctured tire slow you down. This generous supply of tubeless plugs (for repair) and CO2 canisters (for inflation) will get you back on the trail quickly. No bending or twisting is necessary. This Stop & Go kit uses the newer technology of the split eye tool. You simply push the repair plug straight into the puncture and pull the tool straight out. Since the plug material is extremely pliable trimming is optional. Each CO2 canister provides 8-9 lbs. of inflation at 850 PSI. That means each of these canisters will fully inflate an ATV, Golf car, rider mower, or utility vehicle tire.
Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, these plugs should provide a sufficient repair during your off-road excursions.
